Learn how to make kids favorite 'Tutti Frutti' with Raw Papaya with our chef Bhumika <br /><br />Tutti-frutti or Tutti-fruity is a colorful combination of chopped and candied fruits, made from raw papaya, and are used in cake decoration, bread, faloodas, and ice creams; of which you can find the link below:<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />- 1/2 Kg Raw Papaya<br />- 1 ltr Water<br />- 4-5 Drops Pineapple Essence<br />- Food Colour <br /><br />Ingredients for sugar syrup:<br />- 500 ml Water<br />- 1 1/4 cups Sugar<br /><br />Method:<br />- Start with boiling water in a pot<br />- Peel green raw papaya; cut it and take out the thin layer of inside<br />- Cut the papayas into small and tiny cubes<br />- Add these tiny papaya cubes into boiling water<br />- Boil it for around 10 minutes, and after that, drain out the excess water and keep the papaya cubes aside<br />- Now, in a different pan, heat water and add sugar<br />- Once the syrup starts boiling, add tiny papaya cubes which was kept aside, to it<br />- Stir it and cook it for around 10 minutes, till the papaya cubes become completely transparent<br />- Switch off the flame and add pineapple essence to the mix <br />- Mix it and take it out in a 3 different bowl<br />- Add 2 drops of food color of your choices in each bowl<br />- Let the papaya cubes soak in sugar syrup overnight
